A connector that drives lasting change

At EVENT Hotels I have evolved from a coordinating to a more strategic role. I show that corporate responsibility goes well together with commercial goals. For example, I try to get people to take a critical look at the food chain and fight food waste. I see myself as a link. You have to dare to talk about it, I learned that at the FH. During the reflective class I learned to understand the behavior and adjust my communication accordingly. I now use this in my stakeholder presentations.

Graduated, now works as a project manager at EVENT Hotels
